Frequently Asked Questions
Have a question? We've got answers.
Slide OS Hub is a platform where users can explore and share creative operating systems made using slideshow apps like Google Slides. These OSes are interactive and designed for fun, though they might not be fully functional in a traditional sense.
You need to create an account to submit an OS. Once logged in, go to your Creator Dashboard and click "Add New OS". All submissions are reviewed before going live. The Contact page is now only for general inquiries.
You can browse and view OSes without an account. However, creating a free account unlocks the full experience:
- Submit & Manage OSes: Upload new projects and edit existing ones from your dashboard.
- Reply to Comments: Engage with the community (anonymous users cannot reply).
- Unlimited Deletion: Delete your own comments at any time (anonymous users have a 7-minute limit).
- Badges: Earn special profile badges based on your contributions.
It's easy! Simply Sign Up using the same email address you used when you originally submitted your OS via the Google Form.
Our system will automatically recognize your email, link your old OSes to your new dashboard, and award you the exclusive Veteran Badge.
Comment badges are visual indicators linked to a user's account status. They are automatically applied when you are logged in.
